Special times require special solutions: even in times of Covid-19, we want to help you make your next class trip or group tour as uncomplicated as possible. That´s why we have suspended our previous cancellation policy until further notice.
From now on, you can cancel your booked trip until the day of arrival at 8 a.m. free of charge! This regulation applies to all already booked and future trips - regardless of the number of travel participants.
We would like to give you the security to plan your class trip or group trip without financial risk. This allows you to react flexibly in the event of a lockdown or illness.
