Our friendly reception staff is available 24 hours a day to assist you.

We accept credit cards (Visa, Master, Maestro and EC). If you book online, you have the additional option of using PayPal.  
 

Meeting point in our spacious lobby. Our kiosk offers a wide choice of drinks, ice cream and snacks. In the basement floor we provide a water dispenser, where you can get water free of charge.

The lobby is additionally equipped with guest computers.

Our inviting lounge is a perfect place for relaxing with table football, a billiard table and plenty of cosy corners. Feel free to look around.

In the cafeteria you have the possibility of watching TV. Guest computers are situated in the lobby.

For families we offer a cosy lounge with:

• Games for young and old,
• A slide and a climbing wall,
• Sitting area with TV,
• Microwave,
• You can borrow baby bottle warmer, children's dishes and child-proof locks at the reception desk

You also have the possibility of using a washing machine and a dryer.

When the weather is nice, you can have breakfast on the sun terrace. Or maybe you can relax with a walk through the spacious garden.

We are happy to lend you badminton, frisbee and bicycles (subject to availability).

Our two houses are located on the green grounds of the Berliner Stadtmission and in a quiet residential area.In the immediate vicinity you will find opportunities to buy groceries, enjoy a beer in a beer garden, play mini golf or go out for a delicious meal.

A trained security guard provides safety and security for our guests.
